Right of withdrawal

Oumibuy strictly adheres to the German consumer protection policy. You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. In case of problems with product quality or wrong items, please contact us as soon as possible. We will give you a satisfactory answer. Follow these steps:

  1. Contact customer service to request return or exchange. Please keep the product without affecting the second sale. Since some electronic products can only be used after activation (e.g. the Windows system and Office package that come with some electronic products). In accordance with worldwide trade practice, leave these products unopened, unused and unactivated before returning them. If your product has been activated and there are no quality issues, Oumibuy can no longer offer you a return service even within the 14-day period.
  2. Wait for customer service to confirm. After customer service receives your cancellation request, they will confirm and verify it.
  3. Receipt of the goods at the warehouse and the goods will be confirmed. Upon receipt of the return at our warehouses in Germany and confirmation that the item is complete and the quantity is correct, payment for that order will be refunded to your payment account. If the voucher is used to deduct the payment amount, the voucher will not be refunded. If you need to return the goods due to quality issues or wrong items, Oumibuy will bear the cost of return shipping. If you return the goods within 14 days without a reason, you will bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
  4. The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts:
  5. Contracts for the supply of goods not sold by us;
  6. Contracts for the supply of goods that have been used or damaged / whose label / whose original protective film has been removed / whose product size has been changed;
  7. Contracts for the supply of goods which have exceeded the time limit for return;
  8. Contracts for the supply of goods that have quality problems due to incorrect use and storage by customers;
  9. Contracts for the supply of goods that are part of a package;
  10. contracts for the supply of goods whose expiry date would be rapidly exceeded or which are special offers;
  11. Contracts for the supply of goods that do not support return under the law or under the rules and product details on this website.
  12. Repair Service

    All goods in Oumibuy are shipped from Germany. If the goods you have purchased have quality problems, please contact customer service to arrange a return or repair.
